The Competition Can't Match Apple iPad on Downloads Including Netflix

The Apple iPod can officially be declared the winner in the MP3 wars. No one else really competes with them anymore in this category. It's easy to take for granted, but inside every iPad is the most popular music player in the world and also the most popular music download store. And the iTunes store goes way beyond just music, as it also offers one of the best selections of podcasts, university lectures, and audiobooks out there.

It is rumored that Google had been working on a music service for some time, but it has yet to unveil it publicly. Android-compatible music services like Amazon MP3 have worked as a stopgap for a Google store, but they still can't compete with iTunes. Apple was also first to offer Netflix streaming, although Android users are likely to get this capability soon too.
