Hulu Plus service will be provided on the android phones like HTC's Evo 4G, ThunderBolt, MyTouch 4G, and G2 and will be supported on 10 other Android phones. Though Hulu Plus was available for a lot of mobile platforms, it wasn't a part of androids until last month.
Hulu plus can not only be used with mobile phones, but also with a lot of other devices, like PlayStation 3, some HDTVs, and TiVo boxes. Accessing Hulu Plus costs $7.99 per month but unlike Netflix, Hulu Plus users have no choice but to sit through advertisements. Online Tv is set to bring about the next revolution in the world of entertainment. This revolution will be carried forward by the tablets, smart phones, computers, set top boxes and other devices. Many people have switched to online Tv options which are cheaper compared to their cable subscriptions.
There are many online Tv providers like Netflix, Crackle, and Hulu. Netflix recently hiked prices of its subscription and cable TV proves to be too expensive hence the race among the online Tv providers will heat up even more. More and more people are turning to online Tv for their daily TV and movie fix.
Crackle is an ad supported provider which has a good movie catalog with many titles available for free but it seriously lacks in its TV catalog. Hulu is a free provider which has a Hulu Plus version which can be subscribed to for $7.99 a month. It delivers an excellent TV experience and features current hit shows 30 Rock and The Office. Its movie database is scant but it is improving. Netflix on the other hand doesn't have a lot of current shows so there are lot of factors to consider before going for online Tv.
